Although the CAAS Residence is situated in the prestigious heart of Dubrovnik—one of the world's most popular tourist destinations—our pricing policy remains firmly committed to the global academic community. Unlike commercial hotels in the area, we maintain affordable, non-profit-oriented rates. The revenue generated from these services is directly reinvested into the sustainability of the facility. These funds allow us to maintain our hospitality standards, cover the costs of the monument annuity (heritage tax) required for historic buildings, pay communal utility fees, and fulfill all state-mandated residence taxes and salaries. Our goal is to provide a stable, high-quality base for scholars and students while ensuring the long-term preservation of this academic landmark.
