As a premier venue for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), CAAS offers well-equipped facilities designed to meet the diverse needs of academic and professional gatherings. Our building encompasses 1,278 m² of dedicated meeting and working space. It is meticulously designed to facilitate knowledge exchange, collaborative research, and academic excellence. All activities are supported by our professional and dedicated team who will assist you in your work and ensure that your gathering runs smoothly.
Our flagship venue for major academic events features a spacious 126 m² hall with theatre-style seating for up to 110 participants. The hall is equipped with professional-grade audiovisual systems and advanced simultaneous translation equipment supporting three languages, making it ideal for international conferences, symposia, and plenary sessions.
The expansive 320 m² Atrium serves as a multifunctional open space, perfectly suited for poster sessions, exhibition displays, networking events, coffee breaks, and informal academic discussions. Its generous dimensions and natural lighting create an inviting atmosphere that encourages scholarly interaction and collaboration. The Atrium can accommodate various seating arrangements and is equipped with mobile presentation technology to adapt to diverse event formats.
CAAS boasts 12 fully-equipped lecture rooms distributed across two floors, offering flexible capacity ranging from 30 to 60 participants. Each room is designed with academic pedagogy in mind, featuring ergonomic seating, optimal acoustics, and climate control for extended learning sessions. The total lecture room capacity exceeds 540 participants, enabling simultaneous parallel sessions for large-scale academic events.
Four dedicated cabinets (20 m² each) provide intimate spaces for small group discussions, advisory meetings, and focused collaborative work. Each cabinet accommodates 8-14 participants and is equipped with mobile presentation technology.
